Browsed there last Saturday. We were welcomed by STEVE who said look around and if you need any help he was in the office. We then told him what we were looking for. He quided us the car we eventually bought at a great price.I would have no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend them to friends. The team were helpful informative and in no way pushy.

We have just got our new car from Chariots and the service we received was fantastic. I spoke to Phil on the phone last week, he was really helpful and so we went down to have a look around at the weekend. We didnt feel pressured into buying at any point. We were given the keys to the car we wanted to look at so we could do so on our own and take as much time as we needed. Phil then went through all the details with us and within a couple of hours we had a decision on our finance options. Less then a week later I picked our car up, lovely and clean and with a fresh MOT. Fantastic service!
Excellent Customer Service, very friendly and helpful staff. One gentlemen helped me from start to finish of the full process, explained everything in detail so i could make the right decision for me. Wasn't pushy or forceful to sell, happy to help and kept me updated with how the MOT went and even waited after closing till I finished work to get it completed for me.
