Vehicle went in for a standard insurance repair. Came back with parts missing and front tyres swapped for others. Add to that the bumper repair in went in for was shoddy. Instead if a complete bumper paint it was blown in and the colour was entirely different. The bumper was also mis aligned. This has all been confirmed by the engineer from the insurance company that uses them. I was asked by garage to remove this post as they have agreed to replace tyres. How about not doing crsp work in the first place and subbing out your works to your mates eh.
A thousand pounds to spray two body panels, I think not.

I was a bit nervous after having read the reviews and my car is with them at the moment so cant comment on the work yet but so far the customer service has been excellent - they have kept me well informed of everything so far and yes i do have a small courtesy car (which I expected) but it is only 1 year old and very clean and tidy so am very pleased so far.
