I have been using this car wash for about 2 years,recently they have been rushing,before they used one sponge to wash around bottom of car and a different bucket/sponge for upper part of car,therefore not getting dirt transfered and avoiding scratching paintwork,the car wasn't dried properly (I saw somedody come back to further dry also) I have spoken to other people,and all agree your quality has gone down,I will try you again,and if no improvement I won't be back....went back and saw car in front with mud on body work after jet wash,the sponge went over mud,then proceeded to wash the rest of car with dirt in sponge,not good, so I'll go to a car wash that takes more care!
