Dont even want to give 1 star but have to review this joke of a place! The worst rudest customer service ive experienced! Went in to print some pics off for my grandad and me and my 11 year old daughter were made to feel a nuisance ! The lady, who i was very polite to, was offhand and extremely difficult! I asked for 14 standard pics to be printed off from my daughters phone (who i might add had a broken arm in sling) and she literally made my daughter do everything and moaned when she asked for help(think this shop should be renamed huffnpuff) then proceeded to tell her computer not working come back later! Honestly the rudest woman i have come accross perhaps she needs HRT !!

Shocking customer service from a foreign sounding lady. If Boots photo service had been working I would of walked out and gone to them instead. Think they need to do some customer service training, I wouldn't go back.
