Long waiting times, weeks to get an appointment, phone calls just ring out to long tone and you have to call back.Once you get to see the doctor or nurse it's ok but have had several last minute cancelled appointments with rescheduling over a week later. I dread calling this place.
Receptionist laugh at you when you are trying to book appiontments and they here your problem. i personally dont think they should be aloud to ask what the problem is!
Would be appreciative if they utilised their phones. It's not like there are several unwell people calling to get appointments and are not getting anywhere with booking an appointment.
