The service has been great, I called and spoke to a very decent guy and explained what I required and he arranged collection. The ironing was duly collected and the next day they returned my massive pile of ironing, all individually folded and on hangers in clear sleeves. The delivery and collection driver is a credit to the company and is friendly, on time and professional, I called today on the way home from work and the friendly guy (sorry I cant recall your name) said they would rearrange the collections route to make sure I was home before they came to collect. I wasnt sure about payment and they took my payment by card over the phone once they had weighed and counted my clothes. All in all an impressive and customer focused company and one that I would recommend.
They are the best ironing service, i would like to thank them all, keep up the good work you do xx
My old winter duvet has come back looking like new! It has been restored to its original whiteness I am very impressed! Great friendly service I will be coming back for more. Thank you
