We support and are members of the RSPB, this site is great BUT littered with scores of dog bags full of poo as there are no dog waste bins.Now it is my personal belief that the wildfowl are better off without dogs on site however if you must have them, you have to cater for their waste.Perhaps apply a parking charge and use the revenue to pay for the servicing of dog bins?
RSPB site. Canvey Marshes with good parking and well maintained paths that are wheelchair friendly. Good for dog walking and bird watching (if that's your thing) or just for a stroll. Picnic tables are scattered around, but a lack of bins is a bit of a problem.
Great place to walk the dog
Free parking!! Which in this day and age is brilliant. Well kept park, with a playground for the children. You can go for long walks on the crushed gravel paths through the marshes with several bird hides doted along the route. A couple of picnic tables throughout the park also.
Nice areas of interest but lacks facilities or rubbish bins etc could do with clearing grasses quicker from footpaths
