Visited this morning. One of our kids sat on the bench and it broke into bits. No apology from staff, just told that its because a customer had moved it. Had to wait 30 mins for pancakes only for them to bring 4 our which got snapped up pronto. Waited 30 mins for sausages (the main event of any fry up) only for there to be 5 brought out which again, got snapped up by one of the 30 odd customers. Eggs was the same story with three being brought out every 15 mins. Ridiculous set up. Not geared up to have anymore than 3 families in at any one time. Also, no soft drinks other than apple or orange juice. Asked for a refund and pretty much had to argue with the woman for it.
Brilliant value on the all you can eat breakfast and top quality too. One suggestion though, make the tea and coffee unlimited in the price to make it a proper inclusive American diner experience. Add a quid to the price to cover it if need be.

Great food and the new breakfast was great. Would have been 5 stars but a bit of a wait for the food. But worth a visit for breakfast. Great value for money
Feels like the place is closing down and attitude of staff seems to be that it is! No welcome, sticky tables, dirty menus and no atmosphere - I had to ask to get the TV's/music on. Food was OK but served as fast food in wrappers and bizarrely coke drinks cups! This is not a restaurant so do not go to sit and eat. While there (Saturday evening) they decided to close early (we were there at 7pm on a warm August eve) they must have sent at least 20 people to Estuary Views across the road - they must be doing well to pass up as many customers as that!!!!! Wish I went last year when it was being run as a restaurant - so disappointed.
