Because whenever I phone for an appointment, the receptionists are always friendly and helpful. When I see the vet or vet nurses everyone is dedicated to provide the best service for me and more importantly our dog.
I have used Medivet Canvey for 10 years and always had an excellent service from them and yet again they managed to save my 2 fur babies .

Awful practice do not go to at any costs!!!! We took a cat that had been hanging around our area for weeks. He was so hungry, malnourished and his skin was patchy and covered in scabs. They checked his chip and said leave the cat with us. Now we have found out that they have just released the cat near where he chip was registered and they will not tell us due to data protection!!! Like the cat is concerned about data protection im sure the cat would rather have a warm room and warm food!!! We would be happy to take the cat to cats protection but they will not tell us where he has been released so he could now be anywhere on Canvey! What if his owners have moved address and not updated his chip?? ever think of that Medivets?! Now this poor cat is homeless again and hungry and he probably wont survive out on his own much longer! Well done Medivets you have pretty much sent a cat to its death.
This vet were contacted today regarding Mia a 9 year old husky that was being brought in to be pts.Rescue was waiting to take her into their care , but the vets and owner went a head and destroyed Mia ..She has a huge following of people who care.Rest in peace Mia ... taken by the ones who are meant to care
