Cold horid place and no where to sit and wait or have a tea when there gota go and walk to the cafe
Bought a focus from them, been in 3 times as load noise coming from back wheel. The dealer said there was nothing wrong with it, took it to another garage who confirmed there was a major fault & that there is no way it had been checked as they struggled to get the wheels off
Bought a focus from there took it for a test drive felt fine , turned up a few days bought the car after pondering at a cafe up the road . 1 week later I noticed a fault of which wouldn't of been present one of those things my mechanic said itit wouldn't of been there fault . Spoke to dealer after who put me through to Tony he said bring it over and fix it but due to xmas being round the corner thought I'd speak to my guy first to get a price which later on the dealer honured. Went back to collect my cheque and all done in good faith , so dropped of some mince pies and some biscuits for the lads.They went far beyond expectations so they've got a lifetime customer! Well done lads.
